One of the most significant prewar sports racing cars with a compelling period competition history, this 8C 2300 Spider was campaigned by Scuderia Ferrari for the 1932 and 1933 racing seasons at important events including the 24 Hours of Spa and the Mille Miglia. 2111027 secured Second Place at the 1932 24 Hours of Spa with Piero Taruffi and Guido d’Ippolito at the wheel, and after participating in the 1932 Mille Miglia, took 5th place overall at the 1933 Mille Miglia driven by Guido d’Ippolito and Luigi Scarfiotti.

An incredibly important and exciting prewar sports car, 2111027 was featured in marque authority Simon Moore’s definitive books, The Legendary 2.3 and The 8C Story Continues, and presents its next custodian with the opportunity for entry in the world’s foremost events, races, and rallies.
