FCA US Announces 2016 Profit Sharing Payment for U.S. Hourly Employees
On January 26, 2017 FCA US announced that as a result of the company’s strong 2016 performance they will be making profit sharing payments of $5000.00 to eligible UAW- represented employees. Approximately 40000 employees will receive the payment on Feb. 17, 2017.
FCA US is also beginning their first phase of their industrialization plan regarding a $2.5 billion investment in the U.S. along with 1700 new jobs coming to Michigan, Illinois and Ohio
